When should I expect my order?

All garments are manually produced and packaged on site. We work hard to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. Depending on your order's garment in stock availability, we strive to create and ship your order within 2 business days. For larger orders that we may not have all the garments on hand, shipment may be delayed 2-5 business days. If you did not receive your tracking number after this time period, shoot us an email at fulltucksociety@gmail.com and we will verify the status of your order.

Our shipping is fulfilled via USPS First Class for smaller orders and UPS for bulk orders. USPS First Class delivery times are usually 2-5 business days for domestic US orders.

I haven't received my order

Once a package leaves our facility, it is almost completely out of our control. Please reference your tracking number and reach out to the shipping carrier directly for more details about your order's location. All bulk orders does include carrier insurance.

Return policy

We provide returns and exchanges for US orders placed within 14 days of purchase. Items purchased in November or December have 30 days of purchase. In order to qualify for an exchange or return, the items MUST be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If any items are dirty, stained, and/or smelly will not be accepted via our policy. You must pay for return shipping as we strive to keep our product costs as low as possible.

Change of shipping address

Unfortunately after an order is placed, the shipping address most likely cannot be changed by the customer. If you have entered the incorrect address, promptly contact us at fulltucksociety@gmail.com and we will do our best to adjust it.

How will my order ship?

Most of our orders ship via USPS or UPS.
